Job shadowing project was implemented together with the Romanian football club Asociatia Clubul Sportiv Forza Junior Costuleni, BTS Rekord Bielsko-Biala and Footrope Project. The project involved participation in training sessions and football matches of different age teams (6 Days of observation of a different program or activity targeting children aged 7-12 and 13-18 by 4 coaches and analysis of the host organization’s past and current strategic plans, meeting with staff responsible for data collection and analysis for planning purposes, shadowing staff involved in the development of the strategic plan, discussion of the different methodologies and tools used by the host organization to plan for the future by 2 staff members. Meeting with the host organization’s management to discuss potential opportunities for future collaboration.
